- Multi-purpose 2-rink arena with an 8,100 seating capacity and 26 private suites
- In addition to being the home of the Allen Americans, a new ice hockey team in the Central Hockey League, the venue will also host concerts, trade shows, professional sporting events, festivals and community events.
- Trusses were spliced in smaller segments and field-assembled, leaving no room for error
