| Technyx Names Dutch Industries its First Customer of the Quarter |

(BOUCHERVILLE, QC) – Technyx, a business unit of Canam Group (TSX: CAM), named Dutch Industries its Customer of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2008 in the scope of a new client recognition program. This program, which was implemented in 2008, underlines and highlights the successful relationship that Technyx enjoys with external business partners that employ the technical outsourcing services offered at its offices in Brasov, Romania.
Technyx will bestow the Customer of the Quarter distinction to one of its external customers each quarter. Selection is based on several criteria, including the customer’s attitude towards Technyx, the development of ties between the two companies and the level of trust shown to the business unit.
Technyx began its partnership with Dutch Industries in September 2005 and has since completed over 137 projects for this company. A 14-member team, composed of engineers and professional technicians, has been assembled in Brasov in order to meet their growing needs in both structural detailing and farm equipment design.

Whenever Technyx team members travel to the Dutch Industries plant in Saskatchewan, they are always welcome and enjoy their stay,” confirmed Jean Thibodeau, president of Technyx.
Dutch Industries is involved in the fabrication of structural and miscellaneous metals and the manufacturing of farm equipment. The company opened its first plant in Regina in 1952 and has since expanded its sales to many countries worldwide. Dutch Industries employs 100 people at its plant in Saskatchewan (Canada).
Technyx markets outsourcing services in the engineering and industrial drafting sectors from its offices in St. Georges and Boucherville (Canada), Brasov (Romania), Kolkata (India) and Guangzhou (China).
Canam Group is an industrial company operating 12 plants specialized in the design and fabrication of construction products and solutions. The company employs more than 3,000 people in Canada, the United States, Romania and India, and has partnerships with companies in Mexico, France, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Russia and China.
