Ronan Collins, managing director of InteliBuild Technyx Asia, is a member of several committees at the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modeling (HKIBIM), a newly-formed organization that promotes the use of BIM technology.

In addition to chairing on the BIM Standards Committee, Ronan is also serving as honorary treasurer and presiding over the Continuing Professional Development Committee.

"The members of our institute are all fans of BIM,” affirmed Francis Leung, president of HKIBIM, at the official launch that took place in January. “We share the belief that this new technology can enrich building designs and construction in many different ways. This is why we have joined together to form HKIBIM.”
